Dalek Attack Regenerated lets you play Dalek Attack, the 1992 Doctor Who platform game for DOS, on a modern computer, phone or tablet — in a window of any size, with a game controller, a touch screen, or the keyboard, and with no DOSBox in sight.
It is a new engine, written from the ground up in Lua for the LÖVE game framework, that reads the files from your own copy of the game. The way the Doctor jumps, how fast a Dalek glides and when it fires, the order the doors connect, the ending — all of it was worked out from the original program itself and checked against the real thing running side by side, so it plays the way you remember.
No part of the original game comes with it. Bring your own disks!
