None of these contain anything from the original game. You supply that yourself, as below.
You Will Need
- Your own copy of Dalek Attack for DOS — the whole game folder,
including
DATA.DAT,DATA.IDXandDRW.EXE. It reads the PC files, so it has to be the DOS version. - LÖVE 11, if you use the
.lovefile (the Windows and Mac downloads have it built in).
Installing
Copy the files from your original game into the game's own folder, either
straight in or in a folder inside it called Dalek:

Don't worry about remembering that: start the game without the files and it shows you exactly which folder it looked in. On a computer you can also point it at your game wherever it already is:
love dalek_regenerated.love --game-dir=C:\GAMES\DALEK
Your settings and the high score table are kept in the same folder.
Dalek Attack Regenerated is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. It is a
reimplementation of the game engine only and contains no graphics, sound,
music or data from the original game: you need your own copy of
Dalek Attack (Admiral Software, 1992) to play it.
Doctor Who, the Daleks, the TARDIS and Davros belong to their respective owners,
including the BBC and the estate of Terry Nation. This project is not affiliated
with or endorsed by any of them.
